Your comment during your Chat does not make Rivals sense:
Well, first off, we're talking about a drill that has no pads and is basically one on one. That never happens in the trenches in the fall. Those two also only went up against each other a couple times. Rivals can't judge where guys rank off of 3-4 reps of a drill that really doesn't translate all that well to how good someone will be at the Division I level.
Michal Menet is a very, very good player. Rahshan Gary is a difference maker.[/QUOTE]
When Garrett Sickles went against Nelson two/three years ago, Sickles was dropped out of the Top 100 and you defended that move when I pushed back against Adam Friedman. It is obvious that these drills make a difference. Ryan, these drills either make a difference or they do not, cannot have it both ways and because Rivals runs these drills at their camps it is obvious that they make a difference...especially if the evaluator has a bias against a team. I say that Adam Friedman has a major bias against Penn State.
Menet should have jumped up 20-30 places by more than holding his own against a top 10 Rivals player...
