Sandusky pension back, interesting decision

I thought this "finding" is strange since JoePa and the football team paid the price for Sandusky's crimes.

The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court has ruled Jerry Sandusky will once again receive his state pension.
The court ruled that the crimes Sandusky was convicted of back in 2012 happened after he retired as a Penn State assistant football coach.
