I don't know if anybody is following the war on household appliances, but apparently DoE is about to come out with an edict on hot water heaters.....according to reports, they're also developing plans on dishwashers, gas stoves (of course) and generators.
I just noticed that on hot water heaters alone we're going to save $11 billion.
Now, my portion of that savings along with my $2500 annual savings in medical costs through obamacare will help offset the higher costs of food and fuel. I wish the government would hurry up with the plans on other appliances because I could those savings, as well as what I'm going to save through the green energy transition, to buy a new car.
