I realize much of this comes from the Cowboys' PR office and therefore, it's meant to gin up ticket sales but the fact remains when the Cowboys cleanup the penalties look out. They aren't playing to their potential. It might explain why Tony Romo spent the better part of Sunday's broadcast gushing over them. Just sayin'.
