this is a very telling conversation. CNN guests are saying that Trump isn't about efficiency, he is about making the govt smaller so the govt can't fight him. Jennings accurately points out that Trump was ELECTED to run part of the govt so the govt "fighting" him is opposing the will of the people. They then say that Trump is going to "conscript" the army and Jennings points out that Trump is in charge of the armed forces. They look at him like this is something new and Abby Phillips, the host, jumps in to save them and move them off to another topic.
