So now we've put our personal safety into the hands of freaking lawyers! Upon the next terrorist attack we'll know who to blame. If we can't restrict the travel of refugees from lawless countries like Yemen (remember the USS Cole) and Syria then may God help us! It's everyman for himself thanks to a loose interpretation of The Constitution; a piece of parchment which gives aliens more rights than citizens with each passing day! You liberals have no idea what it takes to defend a country. Lawyers have entirely too much power and it will be this country's ruin unless we roll them back.
