"Despite encountering constant double teams, the highly touted Penn State recruit shed the extra attention and disturbed the opposing backfield with his blend of speed, length and strength. As a main cog on a Stags roster loaded with Division I prospects, the repeat All-Met totaled 82 tackles, including 23 for loss and 16 sacks, to go with three forced fumbles during the team's run to a third straight WCAC title. With Simmons leading the way, the Stags contained nationally ranked foes and dominated St. John's and Good Counsel in the WCAC playoffs. Will play in the Under Armour All-America Game."

Not to rehash this again, but i'm scratching my head as to why Adam Friedman and Ryan think he had a down year....
