“The Trump Administration’s family separation policy is un-American,” said Shapiro. “It violates our core principles and values."
Shapiro said the executive order signed Wednesday by the president does not address the reunification of families already separated.
In Pennsylvania, 50 child immigrants in Pittsburgh are being housed at the Holy Family Institute in Emsworth.
