With OSU/MSU dominating, Mich/PSU on the rise, and even Maryland getting some good recruits, the conference really needs to rethinks its East/Week alignment. No way Iowa is the 2nd best team in the conference, and NW is a joke at 10-2 (I know; they beat us).
I foresee the East teams beating up on each other, then Iowa or Wisconsin perennially coasting to the Rose Bowl. Obviously I don't care as much this year, but in the future as we begin to get better, it may get to be a big disadvantage to Penn State. Maybe it will fix itself over time, though I doubt it. I just don't see Nebraska, Wisconsin, or Iowa being a national power anytime in the next 5-10 years.
