deregulation allowing coaches 24/7 access to recruits. Urban says it is an ignorant move and Franklin is not so happy with it - Harbaugh not sure how he feels, but it seems like every deregulation that gives him more ability to be a Prima Doña is welcomed by him. On the one hand, if they cannot make calls or visits during certain times, the deregulation defeats the purpose of quiet times. On the other hand, if not texting they can use twitter. Being old school, I remember stories when the PSU coaches wrote hundreds of hand written letters in the recruiting process. So this also defeats the quiet period, but at least it was so much more personal and a bigger effort than hitting the send button. Should I be upset, indifferent or happy? Thanks
