Penn State wrestler Mark Hall dominated again on a world stage this week.

Tuesday, Hall won his second straight Junior World Championship,

pinning his opponent, Uzbekistan’s Isa Shapiev, in just 43 seconds to capture the title at 74 kg (163.1 pounds).
