at UCF. Ted was a controversial DC at PSU. he sued PSU after quitting. the rumor, at the time, was that he and his wife were not invited to a coach's party (apparently the other wives didn't like his wife).
he sued, ostensibly, saying PSU made his tenure impossible and he should have his contract paid out. Because he resigned, he wasn't entitled. As always, it was settled with some kind of NDA so I don't know the outcome.
