Rutgers will never be a true rival because they suck total ass.

Maryland could develop into one down the road, but we'll be living on Mars by that time.

Ohio State has Michigan, Michigan has Ohio State.

Nobody in State College or East Lansing view each other as rivals.

Minnesota, really?

Nebraska and Iowa mix it up annually.
