Hey, think of how the ride would have been if you told him you were an Israeli (much less an Israeli nuclear engineer).
Pretty easy answer: countries run by 15th century lunatics shouldn't have them, modern civilized nations can.

well on the flip side, you'd be amazed at the number of AMERICAN PATRIOTS WHO LOVE THIS COUNTRY who don't know the difference between building a nuclear reactor to generate power, and building a nuclear bomb.
