It sounded like a young reporter and the sad part is he likely felt like he was asking a deep question regarding the momentum of the game. The final was 49-9, as if a four point swing was the pivotal moment.

I remember asking him once if he would ever consider coaching at Penn State if Joe retired and he said something like “Ahhhhh, I’d think about it.”
This was right after he left Texas Tech.
I don't think I'd want him as a coach but love to watch his interviews and sound bites.
He should be cryogenically frozen for future generations
Can't link it now but his wedding talk and mascot of the Pac12 speech were classics.
He is even better at making people look like idiots without directly saying.

Disagree. Bobby Knight had a mean streak a mile wide - plus he was crazy in a malevolent sort of way. The Pirate is crazy in an eccentric, amusing sort of way.
