So after all that, it ends with 3 misdemeanors, not guilty on conspiracy

So let me get this straight, 5.5 years ago, these 3 men were charged with 22 counts of criminal charges of which 14 were felonies. NCAA drops the hammer with vicious sanctions on PSU for cover up, conspiracy, perjury, etc. Fast forward to today and we have a total of 3 misdemeanors, and not guilty on cover up, perjury, and conspiracy. So why did the ncaa punish psu? I think the ncaa and louis freeh has some explaining to do.

better question, why did the bt. when do we get our $$$$ back?

These have to be the most expensively obtained misdemeanors in the history of PA maybe even the entire U.S.!!!

It probably cost the state something like $500K or $1 mil per misdemeanor. Ouch....

That is a very odd reaction.

Fact: Three of the most senior leaders of your university have been found to be criminally responsible for the rape and/or sexual abuse of children.

That is your response?
Was there anything inaccurate? If so, please tell me... Your info was inaccurate. Spanier was guilty of violating "a duty of care." Not Guilty of failure to report

Oh good lord. I hope not everyone is as dumb as you are, but I won't count on it.

I'm letting this stand for now, but be warned, you're on shaky ground here. Your statement is not true either.
