Biden is a punk. Just a bad person. I am so glad to be rid of him. I don't know who ran the nation but I've never felt viscerally upset about a president. But what a freakin difference. Trump went all day, like the energizer bunny. Late into the night, he is signing EOs and taking questions from the media at the same time. Biden couldn't even walk without assistance. I don't think he ever did a press conference without the questions and answers being scripted. I loved Trump hammering Biden to his face. Love him or hate him, Trump is no shrinking violet. And you could see that Melania and Trump blame Biden 100% for the raid on Mar-a-logo and the FBI sifting through Melania's underwear drawer.
I will say that I am a little concerned about Trump's pardon of violent J6 offenders especially because the messaging was that violent offenders would not be pardoned. Were they? And if so, why? Perhaps it was because of what Biden did but the two should not be dependent.
In the end, the GOP will have hearings even if the Biden pardons hold. The truth will come out: Ukraine, COVID, Russia!, J6. But I suspect that these blanket pardons over time will be challenged at SCOTUS and should be. Regardless of this specific use case, that kind of power cannot stand.
