So, we didn't make a single substitution on the o-line vs Wiscy?

Hack's erratic lasers didn't help the situation. Much easier to adjust to the ball when it isn't thrown 100 MPH.
Yeah. Also, it must be easier to hang onto the ball if you know that it's going to be where you expect it to be. Trace can be quite precise. In each of the last nine games, I've seen at least two passes where I said to myself, no way Hack makes that throw. I liked Hack and I intend no disrespect here, but if you had to ask all of last year's receivers who are on the team this year I'm sure that each would say they'd prefer McSorley to be throwing them the ball.

But before we put it all on Hack, we need to remind ourselves that last year Gesicki made more than a few drops on throws that Helen Keller could have handled.

No way Hack makes that throw to Barkley on the wheel route for the TD.

I don't think that's fair, Hack is more than capable of making that throw. In fact Hack's deep balls seemed to be what stood out as his strength IIRC.

That really wasn't a deep ball, it was an intermediate pass. He would have likely threw it on a line and about 5 yards past the end zone. Actually, Wright wiffed on the blitzing safety, so I doubt Hack would have even been able to identify Barkley as being open before he got sacked. I saw that far too many times the in '14 and '15.
