Already looking forward to eating some.

I've only ever had them lightly sauted or deep fried? Any seafood aficionados out there?

Make them all of the time. Buy them live at Wholey's, clean them and then to the freezer.

Flour, Salt, Pepper, Old Bay. Saute in Peanut Oil. Put on a nice bun with lettuce, sliced tomato and my own tartar sauce.

I've never had a bad one so however you cook/prepare them is fine. However, I thought some of you may enjoy reading more about the molting process.

If you have any questions about blue crabs or crabbing in the Chesapeake or New Jersey, let me know and I'll try to help.
