Maybe this was discussed in other threads, so I apologize if these questions are repeats or already answered.
Is there a time period from when a player enters their name into the transfer portal to when they have to decide to leave or come back to their current school? Does it coincide with the February signing date for additional recruits? Are players who are looking to transfer limited to other conferences only, or can they transfer to any school in the same conference? Seems like a tricky mess to determine how many recruits a school can sign. I guess the open schollies go to the preferred walk-ons, or go unused?
