Atlanta school scandal in Atlanta. Bunch of convictions yesterday!
While I'm not sure, but it's a logical guess, that Atlanta is run by Dumbs.
Administrators, teachers tampering with grades to ensure they would earn their bonuses. Yes Sir! Gotta love those Dumb values in our major cities!
Almost forgot to add.....I'm sure they all did it for the kids!
