He has that humble, sweet smile and a good nature too him. He is one of those young men that always makes eye contact and politely answers questions. Great parenting to keep him so humble. He takes all of his success in stride.

I also heard he has really been supportive of a manager for his team that has special needs. As a father of 2 such boys in that condition, I will go to war for kids who take the time to help them.
