So that's great. I've now lived through three "rebuildings" of Youngstown and two of Toledo. CLE is on their third, if memory serves, as well.
Funny, they just rebuild it with no thoughts of how to sustain it. When I was in 'nam, huge building lie empty because somebody's idea, that people would move there, was wrong. Why? No market. But there was land, corruption and palms to grease so there you are.
I recall lefties on this board trying to convince me in the 2008 election that the Dems were no longer the party of "tax and spend".....don't even!
