Boom! Congrats Carter and family. Any idea where he projects weight wise? Is it possible he can make 74 initially or are he and Brooks going to be vying for the same slot?
I would think he’s here to compete for 174 after Marks gone.
Pretty sure Brooks is firm at 184 and I don’t see anyone in country beating him when he takes the mat except Zahid if he moves up. That’s how highly I think of Brooks
He’ll be battling with Manville for that spot. First world problems!

Looks pretty nice if you ask me. Who is in the pipeline for 157 after Nolf? I love Ferrari and Amos but I think Beard is an absolute hammer. Really happy we got Starocci. Fits a need and by all accounts he is a great kid who fits this program well. Fun times to be a PSU fan!

I’ve asked in numerous thread and haven’t gotten an answer...where is Joe Lee? Is he still in state college? Still planning to wrestle for PSU? Haven’t heard his name mentioned in a long time. Figured we’d see him in the tourney with Beard and Nevills last week
Starocci for Busiello. Love both kids but I'll take that trade.
Joe Lee is training at the NLWC. I also think his family has moved to State College. He is greyshirting, which means he enrolls in 2019. Probably redshirts and then takes over 165 after Cenzo finishes a four timer!!
Fellas, there are no holes in this lineup now... or for years to come. Life is very good!

Both teams ( assuming OSU means Ohio State ) have very solid guys on the team and coming in. Don't forget Oklahoma State either. It is going to be fun to watch !!

the intranet wars remain with Iowa, but tO$U remains the "real" long term threat.
Lugo and DeSanto will not be what HR thinks, and yet Darth Ryan keeps increasing the dark side of the force.
As for Ok state, well they are what they are.
If I was taking odds...the odds are increasing that Spencer Lee never sees a team title.

I think that I started the #2020 a few days after Lee committed, but in all reality it may just pass them by.
This transfer strategy will backfire at Iowa. Mark. It. Down.
With the recruits that PSU and Ohio State have coming in.....there is small likelyhood either has any dead weights in the near future. But looking at what Iowa has coming in as well as Ok.State…..they are going to have minimal dead weights as well. All four schools have their own studs and a strong line-up top to bottom. With PSU having so many Grayshirts this year.....there is not a lot of room at the inn for some of the great recruits out there....ie…..Ferrari, Amos, Facundo etc. Some of those are going to end up at one of these 3 schools. I think all four schools have reason for optimism...…..I am optimistic that the Blue and White will be at the top most years.
I struggle to comprehend why anyone would have the mindset that any recruit is “a long shot” with this program
