I guess everyone has noticed that I've been missing from the Lions Den for the past 14 to 16 days. Personally, I had to take care of a minor health consideration that has been successfully addressed and I expect to be back here in the Lions Den in full force hopefully within the next seven days.
During my absence my entire BWI staff has done a remarkable job of keeping our Lions Den members fully informed of what is taking place with the Penn State football program and how Penn State's preseason practice program has progressed during its first seven practice sessions. It will be interesting to see what takes place during Penn State's first scrimmage of preseason practice Saturday afternoon. Plus, I'm always ready to discuss Penn State football recruiting.
Personally, I want to thank all those Lions Den members who have contacted myself and my wife, Priscilla, I can't tell you how humbled I was finding out how much BWI has meant to so many Penn State football fans over the past 30 years.
Enough of that. I'll be ready to rock and roll tomorrow at 9 AM to talk some Penn State football and see if I can put to bed some fears expressed here in the Lions Den the past couple of days about Penn State's offensive line and what this Penn State football team will be able to accomplish this fall.
