Good Lord what am I watching tonight? They literally can't complete a down field pass in the first half. Cowboys should be ahead 20-3 right now if not for horrible play by Prescott.

Elon Musk was at the game with his terrible towel. So the Steelers had that going for you.

Tomlin ball just lost another 3 point game. Law of averages catching up with him. This is the year he has his first losing season. Good. He needs to be gone.
Typical Steelers under Tomlin. Hot then cold, then just hot enough to slip into playoffs at 9-8 or 10-7 and get drubbed in first round on the road.

Right now in cold streak so expect something like 5 losses in next 7 games to make it 7 losses in 9 games to put them at 5-7. Then probably win 4 of next 5 to finish 9-8. Tomlin gets his winning season and last wildcard position after getting a lucky break in week 17 with some team losing in an upset. Then they play some division winner on the road in the first round and lose of course. And around and around we go.

Steelers looked weak at line of scrimmage. Dallas was the better team and dominated them. If not for turnovers Dallas wins by a couple scores.

Steeler O line has three starters out.

And Steelers turned it over a couple times. They could have won without turnovers.

With the length of the NFL season combined with the physicality of the game, the sport has become even more of a 'war of attrition'.

Having a difference maker at QB and staying relatively healthy vs your competition allows the league to sell 'visions of grandeur' to the differing fan bases throughout the league.

The fact that football remains so popular is a testament to America's love affair with fair competition and the pursuit of excellence.

Priorities that we have witnessed being eroded in other aspects of our society.

Staying healthy is by far the biggest factor in the NFL.

Fields is just a more athletic version of Pickett, and is not the long-term answer at QB. At this point, might as well try Kyle Allen who in his one play of the game, threw the best pass by the Steelers. This team is stale, stale, stale. Tomlin has gone way past the Best By date.

Dallas had to have dominated the total yards. At least in the second half they seemed to move it at will with big chunks in the ground game. Maybe Herbig's injury really hurt them. Secondary coverage seemed soft and the defense overall seemed soft.

I agree on Fields he is okay but certainly no where close to a top 5 QB in the league or probably even top 10. Does not seem to be the Steelers future for the next 10 years.

Not that I think he really is a better option but what is the status of Russell Wilson? Is he still hurt or just benched for Fields?

It is pretty bad when the visiting team can have a FG blocked, a fumble in the red zone, a pick in the red zone and another pick yet still manage to win. Should not happen but the Stillers let it happen. Thank you Mike Tomlin.
