Remember “Mississippi Burning” and how law enforcement stood up for the kkk’s efforts to stop Blacks from voting? The cops were the bad guys in that movie, it was plain to see. Anybody who sided with them was just as bad as they were.
Well here we are in 2023 and the GQP candidate for POTUS is claiming that Blacks can’t be trusted so he’s calling on his racist followers to intervene and stop them from “stealing another election” by not voting for him. This is the ONLY issue on the table for 2024. You can pretend it’s not but when you’re voting for someone who openly wants to disenfranchise Black voters in order to win you’re voting for the cops in Mississippi burning, you’re voting for pro-apartheid South Africans and you’re voting for the Germans who perpetrated Kristallnacht.
