Coordinator Charles Huff traveled the country this off-season, visited with a couple NFL staffs and went to clinics, in order to make the necessary improvements to Penn State's special teams units. As a result, James Franklin said, "If you had to say what unit has improved the most on our team, I'd say it's special teams."
