TACO doesn't like to read so they are going to start presenting TACO with a brief that looks like a FOX news report. The written First Grade Reader version was too difficult for TACO with his declining mental acuity. TACO even has to have someone read him his EOs before he signgs them - old geezer being led around like an invalid.
