TBT: Penn State and Minnesota projected starters as recruits

This week we take a quick look at the Penn State Football and Minnesota Golden Gophers starters ranked as recruits.

Interesting that most of Minny's players were recruited out of HS and not transfers. The exception being the QB (who played at New Hampshire) and a kid that went to ND from Edina MN and transferred back to MN.

And a WR from Charlotte and a CB from Oregon State. So 4 of their starters are transfers vs. 3 for PSU.
