Why is it that France and Belgium always seem to perform terror sweeps AFTER they get attacked? Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to do it before they get attacked. It tells me that there is a lack of urgency in rounding up these Muslims who are threats to civilization. We had better learn that lesson in the U.S as well.
