Interesting indeed. Can this appealed further?

Not sure if it has already been done......and unsure about all of the legal technicalities.....but as a "Party" to the suit, I would think that "PSU" (or, in this case, the Scoundrels claiming to represent PSU) might be able to file a similar motion from their end.

If they CAN, you know they WILL.

Just not sure if A - they have already tried (all these various suits leave your head spinning as to just what has been attempted thus far).....B - they have the legal position to do so (although I expect they would).
