The Black Hawks & Ducks Are Having One Hell Of A Series!

Third period, Black Hawks score twice to go up 3-1, good time to take The Fonz out to pee and put him to bed. I come back two minutes later, the Black Hawks are down 4-3. Holy Crap. They do tie it up and then win it in the 2nd overtime.

And so now it's down to a Best Of Three with the Ducks having the home ice advantage.

All four of these games could easily have gone either way, just some great hockey no matter who you're rooting for or against.

My heart can't take many more games like these.....

Ha! Our dogs must be in synch. Moose and I went out at the same point in the game. Came back and it was 4-3. Never saw 3 goals in such a short time. Still haven't seen it since we were outside. Go Hawks!

Ducks should have won last night in first overtime, but now I think that Hawks will win the next two and prevail. I'm not a fan of either team, but just basing this on the series so far. Hawks have some guys that can do it by themselves, which is what you need in a series like this, and the Ducks are not built that way.

That said, I fully expect that the NHL wants a NY-Chicago final, and will do what they can to make it happen.
