JJ has made a couple of statements and he is wrong on all counts.

He said that the Grand Jury presentment was not false and that Mike McQueary did in fact witness a sexual act. MM may have heard noises that he thought sounded like sex, but he did not witness a sexual act.

He is also saying that AM must not be v2 because he got the date wrong on the statement that he gave to Everhart (Amendola's investigator). He only used the 2002 date because that was the date that the OAG used on the grand jury presentment. AM was told by Sandusky in 2001 that Tim Curley may be calling him in reference to Mike McQueary's report. There seems to be no doubt that AM thought he was the boy in the shower that MM saw Sandusky showering with.
