Here are their current options:

Hillary -- The feminists love her, but the majority of the voting population does not. She has raised a lot of money from Wall Street, which is a strike against her within the democratic party. 90% of the young people voted against her in the Iowa primary. Few of the energized young Bernie supporters can remember Slick Willy when he was President.

Bernie -- is a self-proclaimed socialist, and has a lot of crazy ideas to increase government spending. The energized young voters love him, but he falls way short with the minority voters.

Cleary, the dems need the young and energetic voters as well as the minorities to have any chance in this election. It looks doubtful the young and energetic voters will be drawn in by Hillary. Likewise, Bernie is considered to be a crazy old dude by Hillary supporters.
