As JoPa used to say, you have to give a coach at least 5 years to prove himself. I believe that. All you have to do is look at the Cleveland Browns. They fire their coach every 2 years and always end up at the bottom. The Steelers keep their coaches and win. GO PSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Yeah, he finally has his style of QB with a lot of his players in the lineup (although his guys are still young). Probably fair to look at this as a starting point. 2016, 2017, and 2018 are his.

WTF, the Franklin era started two years ago when he was hired.

to me when his first class (which was pulled together quickly) will be seniors in 2017. that is the year I think should be the key measuring stick. you can always measure certain areas in the interim, but key to me is when he has a full deck of cards.

as for Stillers, not sure how their coach is a competitive advantage. he probably should be fired.....not sure how he has hung on this long. seems to make playoffs just enough. once Big Ben retires, Steelers coach on short time.

Yup and with the in division competition he's got quite the challenge
