Hello, Nittany Lion Fans.
This Saturday morning I will walk out my front door in Cedar Rapids, IA and begin walking to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum ib Waterloo - roughly 70 miles. I'm hoping to raise awareness of our mission to get more kids on the mat and keep them there. We're also looking for new supporters. Yes, our roots are in Iowa and our first year was spent buying and giving away tickets to Hawkeye dual meets. We've grown since then and have been helping young wrestlers literally from coast to coast. In the past year and a half we have provided 200 kids with free tickets to the 2015 NCAA Division III Championships in Hershey, sent 30 pairs of wrestling shoes to a middle school in New Jersey and scholarships to a Zain Retherford clinic.
