I know this type well. Entitled young white chick who's had somebody holding her hand her whole life. Can't tell her to do anything. Instead, you have to explain it and make her feel good about it...and about herself in the process.
In my experience, the majority of government workers are not like this, but some are...and of those who are, most are entitled young white chicks...a demographic that was increasing in number at the time of my retirement.
The irony is that she actually makes a valid point or two, but they get lost in the whiny ludicrous neurotic content of the rest of her blather:
