The Longest High School Match: Daton Fix vs Nick Suriano: Lasted 32:52

TJ... What a great match with shot after shot... with counter after counter. It was match for the ages.

Agree amalone. Plus, such incredible stamina from both wrestlers.
An Epic Battle.

Glad we have one. Hope we can complete the set and get them both in Blue & White. Who better to have as a workout partner than someone who can press you to your limits?

This match is totally insane. Talk about motors - on both these guys! Fix is #1 on my wish list from the remaining class of 2017.

It was a match like I've never seen before. The will to win was so great with both titans... all 120 lbs of them.

I consider Fix the top 17' prospect. Spencer Lee would be very close, but that shoulder would place Fix just ahead of him imo. I also like the fact that Fix is a little bigger where Spencer really needs to grow. I will be very surprised if he ends up anywhere except OSU, but I know not to under estimate Cael..

Fix is very good but I wouldn't bet against Spencer in a scholastic style match. Even when he lost in freestyle to Fix, Spencer led in takedowns....
I'm a big Marstellar fan and was devastated with him leaving PSU, but Spencer's choice will be more impactfull (hindsight granted or not).. just my opinion...

The guy from that class I really wish we had gotten is Yianni D. The kid is bottled lightning. He can score in a million ways, scramble with the best of them and never stops coming forward. To top it off he's got a cradle that would turn Ed Ruth's hair green with envy. It's really a shame he's going to Cornell because, in my eyes, he's so similar to Nolf. I know we got Nick Lee (who I'm very excited about), but Yianni is the kind of guy who really could have flourished into something unreal in the PSU room.

I was hoping we'd see Nick-Yianni at WNO this year but it sound like it'll be Nick-Vitali Arajau, which is also a bunch of fun
