Then you can set up your account. Once you do that you hit a button to verify your identity. You can't purchase coverage until your identity is verified. A screen comes up that gives you a phone number with Experian. Call that number and they tell you they have heavy call volumes and are not accepting any more calls. No que, just disconnect. In other words you can't verify your identity and purchase insurance.
