The Penn State eligibility thread above has Rasheed listed as a Sophomore

I know so little about how the NCAA really works, but Nick Gravina at Rutgers purportedly has already received an extra year of eligibility, so I don't see any reason why Cassar and Rasheed couldn't already have been granted one. Cortez should be right behind.

He has been injured the last 2 seasons so I have to imagine he gets at least 1 of those back. Someone more knowing than me can expand upon this.
