Here's the link to the article:

Pennsylvania's incoming attorney general vows to be an activist

Looks like Kane was spot on with this quote the article:

*******************************************************
But as she prepares to take office in January, Kane promised an approach that could rattle the china in Harrisburg.

"It's the role of the attorney general to be an independently elected voice," she said early Wednesday. "People see politics as a close-knit, good ol' boy network, and I want to change that starting Day One."
*******************************************************

And these remarks at the bottom of the article by Kane and Corbett were prescient and telling:

*******************************************************
"We need to clean up Harrisburg," she said. "We need to make sure that our good people who are serving have the support that they need."

Corbett, talking to reporters Tuesday at results watching parties in Harrisburg, bristled at the prospect of serving alongside her.

"She's the one who turned the Attorney General's Office political," he said.

Whether the governor likes it or not, here comes Kathleen Kane.
*******************************************************

Also keep in mind, this article was written months before Kane was even sworn into office!!! There is no doubt, it looks like the corrupt "Good 'Ole Boys Network" in favor of tyranny and corruption don't like Kane at all and that alone suggests that she is doing something right!!! Give 'em hell Katy! Give 'em hell.

The Philly papers are so deep in this. Struggling to accept anything they publish as true and accurate without 3rd party verification.

you know it is kind of ironic I was reflecting on the final season of The Wire, and how Simon just completely eviscerates his own profession (journalism) when it comes to their complicity in perpetuating problems in a community and often blocking solutions for political purposes. Simon would be out of his depth in Philly.
