Do I like the way the 2nd half went? Of course not. I think the team mailed it in after halftime. But am I calling for heads to roll because our second/third string D got beat by Nebraska's first string O over and over? No.
JFC people. If the game was ever in doubt we would've seen the starters back in there. Secondary play has been suspect at times this year overall. Maybe this will serve as a wake up call to the younger guys. They got picked apart by a good QB. Hopefully they learn from it. If we had kept the starters in all game everyone would be bitching about that.
As long as every single player on defense doesn't get injured next week, I don't think we'll have to worry about seeing our 2nd/3rd string defense lose a game for us.
