in the mid 3rd quarter. Both OC and DC started play calling not to lose.

Joe Moorhead is a good play caller, but the fact that he kept calling the read option, OVER and OVER, on 1st down, when it clearly had no prayer of working, was beyond frustrating. I'd have paid really good money at any point in the 2nd half to be able to kick him in the nuts.

Say what you will, but if PSU had stayed aggressive, on BOTH sides of the ball, there is no way we lose that game.

Exactly my thoughts--conservative on both sides --kind of like the Rose bowl

Weird thing...most times Joe got a lead and went conservative, he won. Most times James has gone conservative, he has lost.
