We all know, and he knows, the Stormy trial was a made-for-TV event that has failed. Trump is no longer the expected nominee for president. He is now the overwhelming favorite to be POTUS. Can he jail the guy who will be President on trumped-up, minor charges? Will putting him in jail only help him? And what if he doesn't put him in jail?
