F$U Institutes Program After the Horses out of Barn and Long Gone...

Here is an excerpt from the article with hot-links to the embedded articles cited which point to a CLEAR AND CONVINCING PATTERN of behavior in regards to criminal behavior by F$U Football players, especially in regard to violent behavior, and most especially "Violence Against Women" (the very topics of the two Federal Codes, Title IX and Cleary Act, currently being Investigated for violations including a suit which has been brought against F$U in Federal Court relative to these codes):

********************************************************************
The litany of off-field issues goes beyond the high-profile, poorly handled rape investigation that surrounded former FSU quarterback Jameis Winston. Or De'Andre Johnson's dismissal arising from video that showed him punching a woman. Or similar allegations surrounding Dalvin Cook. According to arrestnation.com, 21 separate arrests have occurred in the past five years involving Florida State football players. That number becomes more striking when taken alongside an ESPN Outside the Lines report that outlined a criminal justice system in Tallahassee that disproportionately protects FSU athletes.
********************************************************************

But still not a word from the NCAA despite every single advocacy group on these topics recognizing a clear problem and massive corruption within F$U, the TPD and the local State's Attorney's Office (e.g., Florida's equivalent of a PA County DA) in regards to how these cases have been handled to the VICTIMS' DETRIMENT (too often women involving violence and/or sexual assault) so that these criminal and fraudulent student-athletes can continue to play football for F$U (as if F$U football and corrupt F$U administrators' gravy train 7-figure annual compensations, such as Jimmy-Bob Fisher's, selfinterested, zero-integrity, avarice and narcissism is MORE IMPORTANT than the virtue, self-esteem and futures of countless victims and young women?!?!). Unreal, but still not a peep from the NCAA.

As someone correctly pointed out in an earlier thread, the NCAA is totally gunshy after the PSU f*#k-up. Hiding and hoping nobody notices. Emmert hanging on 'til vesting in that pension and then off to Europe or Costa Rica where no one knows his name.

I think you should be happy for that. I thought you were anti rush to judgment. Shouldn't we be searching for the truth and not listen to the media narrative?

Too funny, now you're an ardent supporter of "not rushing to judgement", LMFAO. BTW, if you click on the hotlinks embedded in the article, a clear and undeniable PATTERN EXISTS of protecting fraud F$U student-athletes so they can keep playing football (including giving them impermissible benefits such as getting them attorney's and illegally providing the F$U fraud student-athlete criminals police files illegally via use of the F$U Police Dept requesting the information from TPD and handing it over to the Athletic Dept....and many other NCAA Violations and abuses). Laughable that the NCAA has not said a word in the face of a national victim advocacy groups outcry as well as Federal Investigations and Federal Lawsuits while F$U has effectively admitted violating these codes with their recent Press Releases and announcements while lying to the court in motions and appeals! Yes, the NCAA has clearly lost its way supporting clear violations at F$U via their silence and siding with F$U against the VICTIMS via their silence and lack of any statement whatsoever.

People like you are ruining the university.

everyone is entitled to speak of the hyprocisy of what happened to PSU.

The BOT 2010 and since is/ has been the issue. Did their "game plan" to "save the institution" work out? Perhaps to thier ideals, but their shenangins put their past governence and ability to govern into the future at question, and generally ticked off a LOT of people that that genuinely care about the school including non-alumnus like myself who give to the school regurarly. It will not go away until questions are answered, higher-ups step down, or die of old age.

Barren is fair game if questioned about his actions during his time at Florida State. If stuff happened, he should explain. I did not/ still dont like Spanier, but he was light years ahead capabilty wise than Barren.

I am hoping that was said in jest! I for one detest the events of the last four years. Barren "sp.intended" and the ilk of the old guard are in way over their head. The affiliation and gifts to tsm, follow the $, are the ruination of the rep. I sure have no intention of hurting this university or my alma mater in anyway.

Barron actually followed a woman out of a bot meeting and haranqued her with that line for having the temerity to question the bot during the public comments portion of the meeting. The guy is pure scum in my book.
