In response to the interviewer's question, if I could change my name it would be Max Power.

I attended Thon last night, my son and his girlfriend are on committees that support the dancers. The last time I saw Thon in person was 1989. At that time it was held in the White Building.

I was totally blown away by the scale of this event. Full credit to all of the dancers participating. But what was really amazing to me was the sheer volume of behind the scenes volunteers, all students, that it takes to put everything together. My sons girlfriend is basically working a six hours on, six hours off type shift for the duration. Instead of walking back to her apartment she just sleeps at the BJC. If you ever get the chance to witness this event, go.

Very proud to be a Penn Stater after attending Thon in person.
