1) Perfect weather for the game. Thanks for the hospitality to @garw, @tgar and @belizediver at their tailgate.
2) What a difference in our overall DB play this year. We are consistently breaking up passes and now expect to make interceptions. Brisker and Brown have to be one of the best safety duos in the college football.
3) Jahan Dotson consistently makes plays in the receiving game. One of the best in the country. Tough day for Parker Washington with his first two drops of the season. Keandre Lambert-Smith continues to make 2-3 key catches in games.
4) PJ Mustipher is getting it done on the Defensive Line. He is stronger and quicker this year.
5) Not Sean Clifford's worst game or best game. For the first time this year, he forced two passes which resulted in one interception and the second one was a near interception. However, his downfield vision resulted in two touchdown passes to Strange and Dotson.
6) Jordan Stoudt continues to an outstanding punter with lot's of height on his punts preventing any opportunity for a punt return. Always contributes a nice 51 yard field goal.
7) Running game improved a bit but as stated by several posters our Tight Ends need to sustain their blocks. Noah Cain continues to look a step slower than his freshman year, but Lovett has shown flashes with several 10-15 yard runs.
Lee need to followed his block better on the one yard run which would have resulted in a touchdown. At a minimum, he should have been able to drag the defensive back a yard to score on that play.
8) Brandon Smith gets better and better each week at the Will OLB. Brooks has been solid in the middle at the Mike LB.
Yesterday's win bring overall record of seeing games at home and the road 213 wins versus 36 losses. Similar to last week's game, the game was never in doubt. Offense just needs to be a bit more consistent. Defense continues to be on the best in the country.
