Thoughts on motioning KJ Hamler into the backfield? *

After last night, I'm confident he can play left tackle if they need him to. He'll be playing on Sundays at this time next year.
I’d like to see him line up as the running back and isolate him on the wheel route with a linebacker the way they did it with Barkley. Ain’t a linebacker in the country who could cover him on that play.

Hamler is great, but we need other guys to step up as playmakers and take some of the load off of him or he won’t finish the season. Either we don’t have the personnel or the way we are developing our talent and organizing our offense isn’t working very well.
Well we almost got him hurt last night on the hand off to get the final first down, he is not built to be able to do that to often.
For the same reason Don Brown the genius put a safety on him when he lined up in the slot?
I'd like to try it with Brown/Ford/Slade now.
We could run on the edges more. First play of the game Brown got first down yardage on the edge. I'd have lined up different, but called the same play.
Because as he said read his comment. He said to line him up in the backfield, not motion him there.I'm just trying to figure out why you would think that motioning Hamler into the backfield would equate to having him being isolated with a LB in pass coverage.
Perhaps I shouldn't ask?
