Football Three new captains named following spring game

Penn State has named three captains heading into the 2023 season. Coach Franklin also said that there is a chance for three more to be named before the season.

OFFENSE - Olu Fashanu
DEFENSE - Keaton Ellis
SPECIAL TEAMS - Dominic DeLuca
